The 10- and 20-guest estimates use our standard group terms. They do not include exclusive use of the whole venue. The minimum spend is an amount to use on orders at the bar.

All amounts are in euros. Catering has a 10-person minimum. Estimates use standard adult admission. Totals increase if orders exceed the minimum spend or extra services are added.

Will we have the whole bar to ourselves?
This enquiry is for hiring the whole of Abordage. Your final proposal confirms the date, hours and spaces reserved exclusively for your group.
How much does whole-venue hire cost?
Our pricing table shows admission, minimum spend and catering by headcount. Exclusive venue hire is separate; the displayed €250 is a demo value only. The final proposal confirms your date, timing and total budget.
How many guests can we invite?
Tell us your approximate headcount. The venue has up to 50 seats; suitable event capacity is confirmed for your layout and programme.
When is a deposit required?
For more than 10 guests, the deposit includes €5 admission per reserved place plus booked catering and a game master. The €13 minimum spend per reserved place is paid on the event day. Invoices and bank transfers for deposits are available.
What catering options are available?
Cocktail catering costs €9 per person including VAT for at least 10 people and is paid in advance. Platter catering is also available; the displayed €7 per person is a demo price. Catering does not count towards minimum spend.
How much does a game master cost?
A game master costs €150 including VAT for the first 3 hours, then €25 including VAT for each additional started hour. They can host a shared game and explain rules. This service is paid with the deposit.
Can we hold the event in English?
Choose your preferred language in the form. A suitable host and games in that language are confirmed in advance.
Can we start before normal opening hours?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Opening before normal hours costs €80 including VAT for each started hour.
When is the date confirmed?
An enquiry does not reserve a date. After checking availability, we send a proposal with confirmation, deposit and change terms. In this test preview the form saves a test enquiry only.
