The 10- and 20-guest estimates use our standard group terms. They do not include exclusive use of the whole venue. The minimum spend is an amount to use on orders at the bar.

All amounts are in euros. Catering has a 10-person minimum. Estimates use standard adult admission. Student admission: 3 € per person. Whether catering counts towards minimum spend is agreed in your proposal. Totals increase if orders exceed the minimum spend or extra services are added.
For this demo: €250 is an illustrative additional whole-venue hire fee. These figures are awaiting approval. All other prices reflect current Abordage terms.

Admission, minimum spend and cocktail catering use current prices. Whole-venue hire and platters have clearly marked demo prices.
Will we have the whole bar to ourselves?
This enquiry is for hiring the whole of Abordage. Your final proposal confirms the date, hours and spaces reserved exclusively for your group.
How much does whole-venue hire cost?
Our pricing table shows admission, minimum spend and catering by headcount. Exclusive venue hire is separate; the displayed €250 is a demo value only. The final proposal confirms your date, timing and total budget.
How many guests can we invite?
Tell us your approximate headcount. The venue has up to 50 seats; suitable event capacity is confirmed for your layout and programme.
When is a deposit required?
No deposit is required for up to 10 guests. For a whole floor with 20+ guests or a busy date, our team agrees any deposit in advance. It covers admission for the booked guests; minimum spend is paid at the venue.
What catering options are available?
Cocktail catering costs €8.20 per person for at least 10 people. Mini sandwiches and menu snacks are also available. The menu, quantities and whether catering counts towards minimum spend are agreed in your proposal.
Can we bring a cake?
Yes: bring the cake’s origin and expiry documentation. Tell us in advance about cakes with more than 16 portions so we can plan storage. Bring plates and cutlery or request a set for €1.50 per person. Decorations are agreed in advance.
Is it suitable for a children’s birthday?
Yes, for children who enjoy board games. At least one adult must accompany every five children. Tell us ages and numbers of children and accompanying adults so we can discuss suitable games and layout.
Can we start before normal opening hours?
Earlier opening can be agreed in advance. Send your preferred time early so we can confirm availability and terms.
When is the date confirmed?
An enquiry does not reserve a date. After checking availability, we send a proposal with confirmation, deposit and change terms. In this test preview the form saves a test enquiry only.
